Employer Support Package

An initial Review & Recommendation for a fixed price of £500 + VAT* of:

  • Your existing employee contracts
  • Your Staff Handbook
  • Your Risk Assessment requirements, including Work From Home (WFH) and stress risk assessments

A bespoke monthly support package for a fixed monthly fee of £180 + VAT which includes 1hr of consultation, per month, with our experts. If you do not utilise the hour or part thereof in any given month it will roll over to the following month for a period of 12mths. This will allow you to build up time for when you need it.

No contractual term or tie in period just 1mth notice if you wish to end our Agreement.

If you have a particular employer / employee work issue you can utilise your monthly allocation and/or rolled over monthly allocation plus additional hours at a fixed rate of £180 + VAT*

Assistance with bi-yearly or yearly appraisals.

Independent grievance review and disciplinary review. We can also deal with any appeal.

Full support on all other HR matters including attendance, mental health performance, conduct issues or other employee concerns.

Assistance with IR35 or TUPE enquiries.

Assistance with bonus reviews or appeals.

*Limited to 10 Employees. 11-20 Employees = £750 + VAT, 21-30 employees £1000 + VAT, 31+ Employees TBA.

*Save for if any work with ACAS, Employment Tribunals and/or Courts which will be charged at our normal hourly rate of £350 + VAT
