Alisha has over 25 years of experience in dealing with Personal Injury and Medical Negligence claims with the last 8 years dealing with claims in excess of several million pounds.

She has previous experience of an array of Catastrophic claims involving loss of limbs, brain injury, spinal injuries, birth injuries, severe disabilities and psychological injuries as well as Medical Negligence.

Alisha is also a consultant solicitor for number of other North West firms helping them deal with their Medical Negligence and large loss claims.

More recently, Alisha has also dealt with Landlord and Tenant issues, Housing Disrepair, Commercial Leases and Employment contracts.

Alisha can offer experience in risk management, complaint handling, setting up departments, setting realistic KPI’s, developing workflows and much more!

She is available for consultancy work and can attend your offices to give training on the above areas or simply to review large loss files (on a confidential basis) and give you guidance on how best to deal with these matters, what experts to instruct, and value the claim.

She is also a Solicitor Advocate and she is happy to take direct/private instructions for advocacy hearings in Birkenhead, Liverpool, Manchester and Chester at fixed rates. For small claims her rates are fixed at £250.

Alisha is a member of APIL, a Solicitor Advocate and a member of the Dispute Resolution Committee, Liverpool.

Interests

Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her family and pets, travelling and socialising with her friends.

Experience

Katie has over ten years’ experience in personal injury and civil litigation, working for both Claimant and Defendant.

Katie is a dedicated Medical Negligence Solicitor with experience in all aspects of Medical Negligence.

Interests

When not working Katie likes to spend time with her daughter and their little dog Zeus.

Katie has a keen interest in interior design and attempts many DIY projects, few of which are successful.

Experience

Alec is a CILEX Lawyer with over eight years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation, with specialism in employer/public liability and holiday sickness cases.

Alec obtained further CILEX qualifications to be able to appear in Court and is regularly instructed to undertake hearings as a self employed advocate.

Interests

Alec enjoys cooking, walking his dog and socialising with friends and family.

He hopes to be able to start skiing once his house renovations are finished.

Experience

Robert joined the company in September 2019 and currently works within our Landlord & Tenant Department whilst offering assistance on Personal Injury matters. 

Robert’s caseload encompasses a vast array of matters, but mainly include Housing Disrepair and Tenancy Deposit Claims, which he personally manages until they proceed to Court. 

Robert is a Law Graduate, graduating from the University of Chester in 2020 and is currently studying the LPC with the University of Law. 

Whilst Robert aspires to work within the Landlord & Tenant field when he qualifies as a Solicitor, he also has a passion for Employment, Discrimination & Public Law.

Interests

Out the office, Robert enjoys cycling, cricket, hiking and rugby whilst also spending time with his family and friends.

Experience

Christopher joined the company in February 2019. He is a Law Graduate from the University of Liverpool, graduating in 2017.

He currently assists on a number of matters, including Medical Negligence, Holiday Sickness and Wills.

Christopher is also currently studying with CILEx to qualify as a Chartered Legal Executive.

Interests

Outside of the office, Christopher is a Tranmere Rovers season ticket holder, enjoys spending time reading and walking with his dog.

Experience

Joe joined Phoenix Legal Solicitors in April 2023, with a background in Civil Litigation. 

Whilst Joe assists with various case types, he mainly deals with Housing Disrepair Claims.

He is passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.  Joe graduated from the University of Chester in 2021, with a 2:1 in his LLB Law Degree.

He is currently reading for the LPC / LLM, which he studies part-time in the evenings at Liverpool John Moore’s University. 

Interests 

When not working, Joe likes to spend time with friends and family. He enjoys the outdoors and going on long walks.
